My Halloween Watchlist

I’m what you would call a connoisseur of horror movies. The majority of films I’ve watched this year have all been horror. I am the very essence of that meme the mocks people who only watch “scary” films during Halloween. So, what does someone, who only consumes horrible and scary content all year round, watch during October you may ask? I’m going to be enjoying some less frightening classics that I haven’t seen in a while this spooky season, along with some new horror additions I’d like to watch again. There are also some new horror films and television series being released this month that I am both excited and curious to watch.

It’s rather difficult for me to curate the perfect Halloween movie list because it’s ingrained in my daily routine. I’ve already marathoned the Nightmare On Elm Street, Child’s Play AND Friday the 13th series. I watch John Carpenter’s Halloween like it’s my day job. I’ve journeyed through Rob Zombie’s filmography this year. Most recently, I embarked on a viewing of the Evil Dead series since these films have FINALLY been put back on streaming. What’s a final girl like me to do?
